摘要 混合性腺-神经内分泌癌(mixed adenoendocrine carcinoma,MANECa)由不同分化程度的腺癌和神经内分泌癌混合组成,在胃、肠、胰腺相对多见,原发于子宫内膜的罕见。现就我科1例诊断为子宫内膜混合性腺-神经内分泌癌的病例进行临床病理和免疫表型的观察分析,并结合文献进行讨论,旨在加强对该类疾病的认识,以提高病理诊断的准确性。
