经皮肺活检并发空气栓塞致脑皮质层状坏死一例 被引量：2

摘要 CT引导下经皮经针肺活检(percutaneous needle lung biopsy,PNLB)并发脑动脉空气栓塞(cerebral arterial air embolism,CAAE)罕见;局限于成人枕叶的脑皮质层状坏死(cerebral laminar necrosis,CLN)少见。本文报道一例并结合相关文献对PNLB后体循环动脉空气栓塞(systemic arterial air embolism,SAAE)的发病机制和临床诊治进行探讨。
