深圳某大厦超限高层转换结构设计

摘要 文中主要介绍了深圳某大厦C-12塔楼超限高层的转换结构设计,内容主要包含结构转换、抗震性能化设计、分叉斜柱水平力、重力荷载下的水平位移的专项分析及结构加强措施。项目同时具有B级高度、高位转换、分叉斜柱等特点。结合上述特点,叙述了结构转换方案、抗震性能化设计及专项设计的具体方法与要点。分析结果表明,通过采取合适的加强措施,结构可以满足预定的抗震性能目标。 This paper mainly introduces the design of transfinite high-rise structure of C-12 tower of Shenzhen headquarters building which mainly includes structural conversion, seismic performance design, horizontal force of bifurcated inclined column, special analysis of horizontal displacement under gravity load and structural strengthening measures. The project also has the characteristics of B-level height, high-level conversion, bifurcated inclined column, etc. Combined with the above characteristics, the specific methods and key points of structural transformation scheme, seismic performance-based design and special design are described. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the pre-determined seismic performance targets by adopting appropriate strengthening measures.
