过敏性鼻炎是临床常见病、多发病,病情顽固,复发率高,严重影响患者日常工作及生活。治疗上西医主要通过鼻内给药、口服药物及外科手术治疗,但需长期药物维持治疗,疗效因人而异,且手术治疗并发症多,不良反应明显。穴位埋线是一种新兴的穴位刺激疗法,是中西医相结合的成果,绿色安全,简单便捷,患者易于接受,临床值得推广。文章阐述穴位埋线疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎,对临床应用提供新思路。

Allergic rhinitis is a common frequently-occurring disease which is stubborn,with high recurrence rate,seriously affecting the daily work and life of patients.Treatment of western medicine is mainly through intranasal administration,oral medication and surgical treatment,but long-term drug maintenance treatment is required.The curative effect varies from person to person,and there are many complications in surgical treatment and obvious adverse reactions.Acupoint embedding is an emerging acupoint stimulation therapy.It is the result of the combination of Chinese and western medicine.It is nature,safe,simple and convenient,and patients are easy to accept.The clinical value is worthy of promoting.Therefore,this paper describes the treatment of allergic rhinitis by acupoint embedding therapy,which provides new ideas for clinical application.
