Objective To investigate the effect of effective intervention of clinical pharmacists on the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016,patients with different causes were treated by clinical pharmacists before effective intervention. From September 2016 to August 2017,patients with different causes of illness who have been effectively interfered with by clinical pharmacists were selected as a research group. There were 45 cases in each group. We compared the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment between two groups, the effect of treatment before and after intervention, and the distribution of different drugs. Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower in the study group after effective intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the study group were treated better than control group’s patients after effective intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment, the effective intervention of clinical pharmacists against all kinds of drugs by rational drug use has significantly reduced the incidence of adverse reactions, the effectiveness of treatment has obviously improved, and the quality of life has significantly improved. It has a more positive role in clinic.
