针刺单刺穴治疗坐骨神经痛40例

Treatment of 40 Cases of Sciatica with Acupuncture at Single Point

目的探讨针刺单刺穴对坐骨神经痛患者疗效。方法根据治疗手法平均分配至对照组和观察组中。对照组用常规疗法,予以观察组患者针刺单刺穴方案,进行两组临床疗效的对比。结果对照组和观察组在此次研究中的疾病治疗总有效率分别为(77.50%,31/40)和(95.00%,38/40),所得数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前疼痛程度和下腰痛差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.64±0.35)分,改良日本骨科协会腰痛评分表(M-JOA)评分为(26.15±2.32)分,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组存在并发症发生率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺单刺穴治疗坐骨神经痛效果明显,安全性高,值得在深入探讨的前提下展开广泛应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at single point on sciatica.Methods According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at single pointand the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective ratein the control group and observation group was(77.50%,31/40)and(95.00%,38/40)A,respectively,and there were significant statistical differences between the obtained data(P<0.05).Two groups’degree and consistency between low back painbefore treatment was not significant(P>0.05).The observation group’s visual analogue scale(VAS)scoreafter treatment was(3.64±0.35)points,improved Japanese Orthopaedic Association lumbago Scale(M-JOA)score was(26.15±2.32)points.Compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of complications between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at single point is effective and safe in the treatment of sciatica.
