黄芪桂枝五物汤辅助治疗对脑梗死恢复期神经功能及运动功能的影响

Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Neurological Function and Motor Function of Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Convalescent Stage

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤辅助治疗对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及运动功能的影响。方法选择2016年12月—2018年10月医院接受治疗的脑梗死恢复期患者共84例,依随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上辅以黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率与治疗前后患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分表(Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,FMA)评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分[(4.52±0.88)分]比对照组[(7.44±1.12)分]低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FMA评分[(88.18±6.18)分]比对照组[(72.03±6.15)分]高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤辅助治疗对脑梗死恢复期的临床效果显著,可有效改善神经功能,促进运动功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on neurological and motor functions of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence stage.Methods From December 2016 to October 2018,84 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence were selected and divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)before and after treatment were also compared.Results At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group[(4.52±0.88)scores]was lower than that of the control group[(7.44±1.12)scores],with statistical significance(P<0.05).The FMA score of the observation group[(88.18±6.18)scores]was lower than that of the control group[(72.03±6.15)scores](P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction.It can effectively improve the nerve function and promote the recovery of motor function.
