星蒌承气汤加减对急性脑梗死中医证候积分及神经功能的影响

Effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on TCM Syndrome Score and Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨星萎承气汤加减治疗对急性脑梗死患者中医证候积分及神经功能的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2018年1月医院收治的130例急性脑梗死疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例)。两组采取常规治疗方法,在此基础上对照组接受阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取星蒌承气汤加减治疗方法,观察并分析两组中医证候积分及神经功能。结果两组治疗前比较中医证候积分及神经功能评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均显示低于治疗前,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组神经功能评分均显示低于治疗前,且观察组神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性脑梗死患者给予常规药物及星蒌承气汤治疗,可有效降低中医证候评分及神经功能损伤程度,提高生活质量,值得临床广泛推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on TCM syndrome score and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From May 2015 to January 2018,130 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(65 cases).The two groups were treated with routine treatment.On the basis,the control group was treated with Atto Statins Calcium Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xinglu Chengqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score and nerve function of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The two groups had no significant difference in TCM syndrome score or neurological function score before treatment(P>0.05).But after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological function scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the neurological function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine medicine and Xinglou Chengqi Decoction can effectively reduce the score of TCM syndromes and the degree of nerve function injury in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the the quality of life.It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
