龙胆泻肝汤加减联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Narrow-spectrum Medium-wave UV on Herpes Zoster

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤加减联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将符合标准85例带状疱疹患者采用随机表法分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组41例采用龙胆泻肝汤加减联合NB-UVB光疗治疗带状疱疹;对照组44例单用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗带状疱疹,余治疗方案两组相同。以蛇串疮(带状疱疹)皮损评分标准,疼痛等级评分标准为临床观测指标,比较两组治疗之前与治疗之后的皮损评分、疼痛评分与疗效指数。结果治疗前,两组治疗前皮损评分、疼痛评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损评分治疗之前均明显降低(P<0.05),两组治疗均可使皮损消退;并且治疗组皮损评分降低明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分均较治疗之前均明显降低(P<0.05),两组治疗都能减轻疼痛;治疗组疼痛评分降低明显低于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组的显效率明显亦高于对照组的显效率(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹,疗效安全显著,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 85 patients with shingles meeting the criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random table method.The treatment group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with NB-UVB phototherapy for shingles;the control group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction alone for the treatment of shingles.The rest of the treatment regimens were the same.The dermatitis(herpes zoster)skin lesion scoring standard and the pain grade scoring standard were used as clinical observation indicators.The skin lesion score,pain score,and efficacy index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in skin lesion score and pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion scores in both groups were significantly reduced before treatment(P<0.05),and both groups of treatment could make the skin lesions subsided;and the skin lesion scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the two groups of treatment could alleviate pain;the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the significant efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher.Significant efficiency in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet treatment of herpes zoster is safe and effective,with few adverse reactions.
