动脉硬化中医证治规律的研究进展

Research Progress on TCM Syndrome and Treatment of Arteriosclerosis

动脉硬化是一种慢性进展性疾病,其发生发展与血管内皮受损、脂类产物凝聚、纤维粥样板块形成密不可分,是心脑血管疾病发病的病理基础。近年来,中医药对于动脉硬化的治疗得到越来越多的认可,展现出了其独特的优势及广阔的应用前景,势必成为今后治疗动脉硬化的主要方向。动脉硬化主要归属于“心脉病”,依据临床出现的不同症状又可将其归于“头痛”“中风”“脉痹”“脉积”“胸痹”“脱疽”等不同范畴,故病因病机复杂多样,本研究从动脉硬化的中医病因病机入手,进行归纳总结:动脉硬化之病因主要涉及饮食不节、情志内伤、外邪侵袭、毒邪致病、体质与劳逸五个因素,动脉硬化的病机复杂,总属本虚标实之证,不同原因引起络脉不通而发病,一般认为本病以脏腑气血阴阳不足为本,痰、血瘀、毒邪等有形实邪为标,共同致病,其中瘀血与痰浊始终贯穿于动脉硬化的成形过程中。其成病的关键在于血脉痹阻,经络不通,加之痰瘀附着阻滞,脉道不荣,日趋狭窄。治疗当根据病因病机而审因辨治,总结了临床中不同类型应用中医中药治疗动脉硬化的规律:辨证施治之用药规律、专方专用之治疗规律、中成药之应用规律、中西医结合联合应用的治疗规律。研究内容均围绕中医药的治疗动脉硬化展开综述,以期为动脉硬化的临床研究和临床治疗提供文献支持。

Arteriosclerosis is a chronic progressive disease,which is closely related to the damage of vascular endothelium,the condensation of lipid products and the formation of fibrous atherosclerotic plates.It is the pathological basis of the onset of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In recent years,Chinese medicine has gained more and more recognition for the treatment of arteriosclerosis,showing its unique advantages and broad application prospects,which is bound to become the main direction for the treatment of arteriosclerosis in the future.Arteriosclerosis is mainly attributed to heart disease,but it can be attributed to"headache","stroke","pulse Bi syndrome","chest Bi syndrome"or"gangrene of finger or toe"depending on the clinical symptoms.There are many different categories,and so the etiology and pathogenesis are complex and diverse.This study starts with the pathogenesis of arteriosclerosis and the conclusion is that the cause of arteriosclerosis mainly involves eating disorders,emotional internal injuries,exogenous invasion,poisonous evils,constitutions and imbalance of fatigue and rest.The pathogenesis of arteriosclerosis is complex,and it is always a syndrome with root deficiency and excessive branch causes,leading to collateral disease.It is generally believed that the root cause factor is Zang-fu organs'Qi and blood deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis.The phlegm,blood stasis and toxin evils are the pathological products,and blood stasis and turbidity are throughout the arteriosclerosis.The key to the disease is the obstruction of blood circulation and collaterals and the phlegm and blood stasis make the vessels thinner gradually.According to the etiology and pathogenesis,the treatment of different types of arteriosclerosis is summarized:the rule of medication for syndrome differentiation,the treatment rule for special prescription,the application law of proprietary Chinese medicine,and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.The research focuses on the treatment of arteriosclerosis with traditional Chinese medicinein order to provide literature support for clinical research andtreatment of arteriosclerosis.
