益气活血通脉法治疗慢性脑缺血临床观察

Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Ischemia by Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood and Dredging Collaterals Method

目的观察益气活血通脉法治疗慢性脑缺血临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的慢性脑缺血患者按随机数字表法分别治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组予益气活血通脉法治疗,对照组予尼莫地平治疗,疗程4周。采用中医证候诊断疗效标准及症状积分评定,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(95%,38/40),临床痊愈6例,显效20例,有效12例,无效2例。对照组总有效率(75%,30/40),临床痊愈2例,显效12例,有效16例,无效10例。两组治疗后均具有临床疗效,但组间比较,治疗组治疗慢性脑缺血疗效差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后症状积分均有下降,且观察组较对照组症状积分下降显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通脉法治疗慢性脑缺血疗效显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of benefiting Qi and activating blood and dredging collaterals therapy on chronic cerebral ischemia.Methods Patients with chronic cerebral ischemia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with benefiting Qi and activating blood and dredging collaterals method,while the control group was treated with nimodipine for 4 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of 40 patients in the treatment group was 95%,6 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of 40 cases in the control group was 75%,2 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective.Both groups had clinical efficacy after treatment,but there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of chronic cerebral ischemia(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefiting Qi and activating blood and dredging collaterals method is effective in treating chronic cerebral ischemia,which is worthy of further promotion.
