摘要
针对目前电网电压监测中现场管理人员信息获得滞后,超限电压无即时调整机制问题,建立了一套DCBZ电压超限报警装置及管理程序,具备了全天候监测电压线路电压变化的条件。通过DCBZ现场发出短消息,由数据中心识别并在达到警戒点时以短信告知相关管理人员,再作出相应的电压调整,为电力电压管理提升提供了更为便捷的手段。
Aiming at the problem of no immediate adjustment mechanism for the transfinite voltage because of the information lag for the site management personnel in monitoring the current power grid voltage, this paper established a DCBZ transfinite voltage alarm device and management procedures, which can monitor voltage changes of voltage lines all-weather. Short message is sent by the DCBZ system and identified by the data center. Alarm messages are sent to related management personnel if the monitored voltage has reached the set alarm, and then corresponding voltage adjustment is made, which provides more convenient means for improving the management of the power voltage.
