论新时代高校思想政治理论课教师的社会责任 被引量:7

On the Social Responsibility of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

摘要 新时代,高校思想政治理论课教师担负着更多的社会责任。只有让他们履行好这些责任,才能更好地培养出中国特色社会主义建设所需要的时代新人。以新时代大学生思想政治教育面临的新课题、思想政治理论课建设的新要求、思政课教师独特的社会角色和思政课教师队伍建设的需要为依据,从党和国家对思政课教师政治关、师德关、业务关的要求出发,提出思政课教师的社会责任主要有政治责任、道德责任、文化责任和教学责任。政治责任是思政课教师社会责任的根本,道德责任是思政课教师社会责任的底线,文化责任是思政课教师社会责任的基础,教学责任是思政课教师社会责任的核心。思政课教师要发挥主体作用,通过教学、宣讲、研究、学习等方式践行这些社会责任。 In the new era,teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities shoulder more social responsibilities.Only by fulfilling these responsibilities can they cultivate the new generation needed for the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in a better way.Based on the new issues of ideological and political education for university students in the new era,the new requirements of the construction of ideological and political theory courses,the unique social role and the needs of the construction of ideological and political course teachers,taking the requirements of the communist party of China and the country on the political,moral and professional aspects of ideological and political teachers into consideration as well,this paper points out that the social responsibility of ideological and political teachers mainly includes political responsibility,moral responsibility,cultural responsibility and teaching responsibility.Political responsibility is the foundation,moral responsibility is the bottom line,cultural responsibility is the basis,and teaching responsibility is the key.Ideological and political theory teachers should play the main role and practice these social responsibilities through teaching,preaching,research,learning and other ways.
