摘要 此次公共卫生事件,为我国B2C的物流配送及社区管理模式提出了重大考验。因此,切实可行的"无接触配送"方案成为各大地产、物业公司重要的突围方向。在社区配送现状和社区物流机器人行业现状浅析的基础上,从民用室内外机器人研发、社区无接触配送路径规划、可操作性、服务效率、配套设施、人机交互六个方面展开研究和评价,并展望"平""疫"结合AI智能机器人配送无接触可行性方案及社区规划建筑设计(改造)要点。 Faced with a massive public health crisis, a seriously challenge directly reflects in Business-to-Consumer(B2 C) logistic distribution system and community management mode. Therefore, "contactless delivery" will be a most feasible and realistic option to be addressed. Delivering in communities by Artificial intelligence(AI) robot is preferred research of big real-estate and property firms. This article summarizes and characteristics the situations on community management, community distribution and community robotic delivery. The study analyses and evaluates the contactless delivery in communities including, R&D in civilian used robot at indoor and outdoor;route plan, practical plan, service efficiency, supporting infrastructure, human-machine interaction. And outlook the feasibility plan on contactless AI robot delivery in "normal" and "epidemic" communities, and essential information on constructive detailed planning and architectural design(renovation).
