基于UG和MATLAB的连杆模具异形型腔的离散化研究

摘要 作为汽车发动机的主要运动件——连杆,其主流加工方式是模锻工艺,其重要加工装备之一是模锻模具,由于连杆外形复杂导致其模具型腔复杂,为提高连杆锻造模具异形型腔的加工精度,本文对连杆锻造模具异形型腔的离散化进行研究.考虑到连杆体锻模的型腔加工以数控加工为主,据此本文提出了基于三次参数样条函数的用于高速铣削加工的异形曲面的离散化方法,并通过仿真对比验证了该方法的可行性,为企业生产优质连杆的工艺制定提供了理论依据. The main processing method of connecting rod which is the main moving part of automobile engine is die forging process.One of the important processing equipment is forging die.Because of the complex shape of connecting rod,the die cavity is com plex.In order to improve the processing accuracy of the special-shaped cavity of connecting rod forging die,the discretization of the special-shaped cavity of connecting rod forging die was studied.Considering that the cavity of the forging die of the connecting rod body is mainly processed by numerical control,this paper puts forward the discretization method of the special-shaped surface for high-speed milling based on the cubic parametric spline function,and verifies the feasibility of this method through the simula tion comparison,which provides the theoretical basis for the process formulation of the production of high-quality connecting rod.
