摘要
【目的/意义】在推进“大众创业、万众创新”的宏观政策引导下,本研究聚焦于返乡创业人员在创业过程中所体现出的信息需求特征,以期丰富对于这一特定人群的信息行为研究成果,同时为针对返乡创业人群的信息服务主体提供决策参考。【方法/过程】文章以豫、冀、吉、辽四地的20名返乡创业人员为受访对象,采用半结构化访谈对其信息需求进行调查,并通过开放式编码和主轴编码对所得文本和数据进行处理。【结果/结论】基于对创业信息需求存在形式的考察和对返乡创业人员信息需求实现屏障的分析,研究发现:返乡创业人员的创业信息需求动机体现在寻找答案和意义建构两个维度,其所需信息在内容上包含产品信息、渠道信息、管理运营信息和政府政策信息四个方面。
【Purpose/significance】This study focused on the features of information needs in the entrepreneurial informa tion search process by returning entrepreneurs and provided some theoretical basis for this kind of research.At the same time,it provided some practical references for the entrepreneurial information services carried out by government depart ments and other social organizations.【Method/process】With the methods of field investigation and semi-structured inter view,this study investigated the returning entrepreneurs’information needs in four provinces of Henan,Hebei,Liaoning and Jilin,and analyzed the data with the guidance of Grounded Theory and descriptive statistics.【Result/conclusion】It is found that,the entrepreneurial information needs motivation of returning entrepreneurs mainly included two dimensions:seeking answers and constructing meanings.Entrepreneurial information needs included product information,channel infor mation,management and operation information and government policy information.And there were two influence factors which were the scope of business and context.The forms of entrepreneurial information needs were embodied in two as pects:information needs consultation and information needs posting.Moreover,the information needs barrier could be divid ed into two dimensions:information inaccessibility and unavailability.
