摘要
免疫代谢是将免疫和代谢联系起来的一个新的学科领域.疫苗研究者们发现代谢实际上在免疫调控上起着重要的作用,无论是固有免疫还是适应性免疫,免疫代谢功能正常是免疫系统正常发挥作用的前提.免疫系统的调动是疫苗发挥作用的重要过程,随着免疫代谢研究的深入,其为疫苗界开启一道新的大门,通过对免疫代谢的调控从而为疫苗研发和疫苗的改进提供一个新的思路.
Immune metabolism is a new subject field which links immunity and metabolism.Vaccine researchers found that metabolism actually plays an important role in immune regulation.Whether it is innate immunity or adaptive immunity,the normal function of immune metabolism is the premise of the normal function of the immune system.The mobilization of the immune system is an important process for the function of vaccine.With the development of immune metabolism research,it may be provides a new idea for vaccine research and development through the regulation of immune metabolism.
