摘要
随着汽车产业发展,其对于人才的需求也在不断地发生变化,而我国高校车辆工程专业传统的课程体系和教学内容已无法满足产业发展对人才的需求。文章以合肥工业大学车辆工程专业创设的"智能车辆创新实验班"为研究对象,介绍了实验班的培养目标和培养方案,探索从优化课程体系、培养优质师资、自编教学资料、改善实验条件和建立创新实践基地等方面进行学科建设,以期能为车辆工程专业人才培养及新工科的建设与实践提供一些经验。
With the development of automobile industry, its demand for talents is changing constantly. The traditional curriculum system and teaching contents of vehicle engineering specialty in Chinese universities cannot meet the demand of talents for industrial development. Taking the Innovative Experimental Class of Intelligent Vehicle set up for the vehicle engineering specialty of Hefei University of Technology as an example, this paper introduces the training objectives and training programs of the experimental class. The disciplines construction is carried out from the aspects of the optimization of the curriculum system, training of quality teachers, self-compilation of teaching materials, improvement of experimental conditions, establishment of innovative practice base and so on, which can provide a reference for the training of vehicle engineering professionals and the construction and practice of new engineering disciplines.
