摘要
疫情危机下作为应急之举的在线教育,不是将教室平移到家庭,而是基于"个别化学习"的育人方式重构。疫情危机下的在线教育中,教师要成为学习指导者、价值引领者、情境营造者、资源整合者,要设计好课堂的形态、关注好学生的状态、引导好家长的心态、研究好工作的势态。后疫情时代的教育变革中,教师的素养需要提升转型。要有靶向施策的"目标感"、有黏住目光的"娱乐感"、有价值领导的"故事力"、有跨界整合的"交响力"、有迭代变革的"适应性"、有为国育才的"责任心"。
Online education,as an emergency measure in epidemic crisis,is not to move the classroom to the family,but to reconstruct the way of educating based on"individual learning". Teachers should become learning instructors,value leaders,situational builders,resource integrators,they should also design the form of classroom,pay attention to the state of students,guide the mentality of parents,and study the situation of work. In the post-epidemic era of educational reform,teachers’ literacy needs to be improved and transformed. They should have a"sense of goal"of targeted measures,a"sense of entertainment"of sticking eyes,a"story power"of valuable leadership,a"symphonic power"of cross-border integration,an "adaptability"of iterative change,and a "responsibility"of educating talents for the country.
