基于新修订课标的区域教师培训有效性研究 被引量:5

摘要 新修订的全国高中新课程方案、学科新课标发布以来,如何提升基于新课标的区域教师培训的有效性是大家十分关注的话题。普陀区高中化学学科通过调研,揭示了新课标对当代教师的挑战,分析了一线教师面对新课标的主要困难以及区域教师培训现状中的不足,提出了整体筹划分层递进设计培训大活动、创设真实场景让教师真切看到自己的不足、肩负任务提高教师在培训活动中的参与度、线上线下结合拓展交流互动的时空等有效对策,并介绍了一些成功的实践。 How to enhance the effectiveness of training for regional lecturers based on revised curriculum standard has been an eye-catching topic,since the announcement of"Revised National Senior High School Curriculum Scheme and Curriculum Standard". Throughout multiple surveys conducted,Chemistry education at high schools in Putuo district has illustrated how"Revised Curriculum Standard"challenged front line lecturers,analyzed major obstacles they encountered,as well as the shortage of current training towards lecturers in the region,brought up"Big Training Event"on designing projects to make sure their education execution has been delivered progressively with a whole picture of action plan. By helping lecturers to demonstrate under real circumstance,let those aware shortages,and liabilities themselves. At the meantime,our education improved engagement during various training activities both online and offline. We formed ways to open communication horizon,and shared some successful cases from those activities.
