摘要
各国的"国际文凭教师证书"(IBEC)大学与国际文凭组织之间合作,通过提供IB教师证书项目,把IB培养全球化时代的终身学习者及其十大教育目标融入教师培养项目,建立质量保证体系确保世界各地的IB职前或者在职教师接受质量基本一致的IB教师培育,同时又鼓励各大学充分利用已有的教师培养基础,形成既能体现IB的国际教育理念,也能在各国教师教育中有机生长的教师培养系统。IB教师的培养过程中,全球教师合作关系网络、丰富的证书项目类型和模式以及双导师制是IBEC大学教师培养体系的鲜明特色。这一教师证书培养体系对我国教师认证制度的优化和完善、汲取相关经验促进教师教育国际化,从而推动我国基础教育改革,富有启发意义。
IB Educator Certificates( IBEC) universities and the International Baccalaureate Organization( IBO) cooperate with each other,through a variety of certificate programs,to integrate the philosophy of developing lifelong learners for the era of globalization and IB’s well-known ten learner profiles into the educator programs,and then preservice or in-service IB educators around the world can share a common set of professional qualification system. In the same time,IBEC universities are encouraged to make full use of their existing teacher education expertise when they try to meet the IB education requirement,involving the native culture and local context into the programs. IB educator programs in the IBEC universities are featured by a global network of teacher cooperation,rich types and models of certificate or diploma programs,and the double tutorial system. The paper suggests that the experience of IBEC programs deserve studying for the teacher qualification system reform in China,for the purpose of promoting internationalization of teacher education and providing a more diversified teacher development system.
