摘要
目的探究迈瑞BC6800-PLUS血细胞分析仪光学法在血小板聚集样本的应用价值。方法收集本院血小板聚集标本259例,依据高倍镜下血小板聚集程度分为3组:PLT<5颗68例,PLT 5颗~10颗75例,PLT>10颗116例。分别用以下5种方法计数血小板:将EDTA-K2抗凝管分别用迈瑞电阻抗法和光学法检测,分别记为PLT-I(1)和PLT-O;重新采集枸橼酸钠抗凝管和肝素抗凝管用电阻抗法检测,分别记为PLT-I(2)和PLT-I(3);采集末梢血用手工显微镜计数法计数,记为PLT-M。以手工法作为对照方法,将以上4组数据与手工法数据进行比较。结果当PLT<5颗时,PLT-I(1)组与PLT-M组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当PLT>5颗时,PLT-I(1)组与PLT-M组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且PLT-O、PLT-I(2)、PLT-I(3)组与PLT-M组的PLT相关性均较好(r>0.88,P<0.05),PLT-I(2)和PLT-I(3)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当EDTA-K2管血小板聚集时,用迈瑞仪器BC6800-PLUS的光学法检测血小板值与手工法结果相关性大,值得临床实验室推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of optical method of Mindray BC6800-PLUS hematology analyzer in platelet aggregation specimens.Methods A total of 259 platelet aggregation specimens were collected from our hospital.According to the degree of platelet aggregation under high power microscopy,platelet aggregation was divided into three groups:PLT<5 in 68 cases,PLT 5-10 in 75 cases,PLT>10 in 116 cases.The platelets were counted by the following five methods:EDTA-K2 anticoagulant tube was detected by Mindray electrical impedance method and optical method,recorded as PLT-I(1)and PLT-O respectively;sodium citrate anticoagulant tube and heparin anticoagulant tube were detected by electrical impedance method,respectively,as PLT-I(2)and PLT-I(3);peripheral blood was collected and counted by manual microscopy,as PLT-M.The above four groups of data were compared with manual data by using manual method,a control method.Results When PLT was less than 5,there was no statistical significance on the difference between PLT-I(1)group and PLT-M group(P>0.05);when PLT was more than 5,there was statistical significance on the difference between PLT-I(1)group and PLT-M group(P<0.05);and the correlation between PLT-O,PLT-I(2),PLT-I(3)and PLT-M was good(r>0.88,P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference between PLT-I(2)and PLT-I(3)(P>0.05).Conclusion When platelet aggregation occurs in EDTA-K2 tube,the optical method of BC6800-PLUS is highly correlated with the results of manual method,which is worth popularizing in clinical laboratory.
