宁波市镇海区2008年-2017年淋病流行特征

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of gonorrhea in Zhenhai District of Ningbo City from 2008 to 2017

目的探讨宁波市镇海区淋病的发病趋势和流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对宁波市镇海区2008年-2017年淋病监测资料进行分析。结果镇海区2008年-2017年淋病发病率波动在22.20/10万~70.87/10万,年均发病率为39.27/10万,2008年最高,以后呈下降趋势,但近几年发病率有所回升;镇海区所辖各街道均有病例报告,个别街道占比较高;淋病发病以20岁~39岁青壮年为主,占总病例的64.03%;男、女性别比为4.25∶1,男、女构成比分别为80.97%和19.03%;病例构成以家务及待业人员为主,占发病总数的29.92%。结论镇海区淋病发病率近几年呈上升趋势,需加强防控工作,制定以切断传播途径为主的防控策略。

Objective To explore the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of gonorrhea in Zhenhai District of Ningbo City,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of gonorrhea surveillance in Zhenhai District of Ningbo City from 2008 to 2017.Results From 2008 to 2017,the incidence of gonorrhea fluctuated between 22.20/100000 and 70.87/100000,with an average annual incidence of 39.27/100000,which was the highest in 2008,and then showed a downward trend,but the incidence of gonorrhea increased in recent years;there were cases reported in every street of Zhenhai District,with a high proportion of individual streets;the incidence of gonorrhea was mainly in young adults aged 20-39 years,accounting for 64.03%of the total cases of men and women;the ratio of male to female was 4.25∶1,and the constituent ratio of male to female was 80.97%and 19.03%,respectively.The cases consisted mainly of housework and unemployed persons,accounting for 29.92%of the total number of cases.Conclusion The incidence of gonorrhea in Zhenhai District has been on the rise in recent years.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control work and formulate prevention and control strategies based on cutting off transmission routes.
