负压封闭冲洗引流技术联合重组人表皮生长因子溶液治疗难愈性创面临床效果观察 被引量:29

摘要 目的观察负压封闭冲洗引流技术联合重组人表皮生长因子溶液治疗难愈性创面的临床效果。方法选取北京积水潭医院烧伤科2018年1—12月收治的80例难愈性创面患者为研究对象,将患者随机分入A组和B组,每组各40例。A组采用负压封闭冲洗引流技术治疗,B组在A组基础上联合重组人表皮生长因子溶液冲洗创面。比较两组患者的创面平均愈合时间和治疗有效率。结果B组创面平均愈合时间为(20.67±2.38)d,明显短于A组的(27.43±4.16)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗有效率为97.5%(39/40),高于A组的85.0%(34/40),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭冲洗引流技术联合重组人表皮生长因子溶液治疗难愈性创面临床效果显著,可有效缩短创面愈合时间。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution on refractory wounds.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 80 cases of patients with refractory wounds who were admitted from January to December 2018.Patients were divided into the Group A and Group B,with 40 cases in each group.Patients of Group A were treated with vacuum sealing drainage,others of Group B were treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution on the basis of treatment in Group A.The mean wound healing time and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The average wound healing time of Group B was(20.67±2.38)days,which was significantly shorter than that of Group A[(27.43±4.16)days],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 97.5%(39/40)in Group B,which was higher than 85.0%(34/40)in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vacuum sealing drainage combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution on refractory wounds has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of refractory wounds and can effectively shorten the healing time of wounds.
