车用动力锂电池等温量热实验系统设计

摘要 设计和搭建了车用动力锂电池等温量热实验系统,并介绍了该系统的基本原理和硬件构成,测试了该系统的测量精度以保证实验结果的准确性,测量了等温条件下不同工况的车用动力锂电池的产热量。实验结果表明:该系统可测量车用动力锂电池在不同工作温度和不同放电倍率下的产热量。该研究性实验系统既可用于科研实验,探索不同因素对车用动力锂电池产热特性的影响机制;也可作为教学实验平台,提升学生应用基本理论知识解决工程实际问题的能力。 The isothermal calorimetric experimental system for vehicle power lithium battery is designed and established, the basic principle and hardware structure of the system are presented, and the measurement accuracy of the system is tested to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results and measures the heat output of vehicle power lithium battery under isothermal conditions and different working conditions. The experimental results show that the system can measure the heat output of vehicle power lithium battery under different operating temperature and different discharge rate. This research experiment system can not only carry out scientific research experiments and explore the influence mechanism of different factors on the thermal performance of lithium battery, but also serve as a teaching experiment platform to improve the ability of students to apply basic theoretical knowledge to solve practical engineering problems.
