摘要
为使数字化液化天然气(LNG)接收站综合教学实验室布局设计更加合理,更好地还原真实的LNG接收站,使学生进一步深入了解LNG接收站和安全的重要性,该文运用ALOHA软件模拟计算出天然气气体泄漏的典型情景,并对气体泄漏后发生的喷射燃烧、蒸气云燃烧和蒸气云爆炸的危害区域进行分析,根据分析结果对实验室进行消防系统的建设,定量指导后期实验室建设的布局优化。
In order to make the layout design of the comprehensive teaching laboratory of the digital LNG receiving station more reasonable, to better restore the real LNG(liquefied natural gas) receiving station and to help students to further understand the importance of LNG receiving station and safety, this paper uses ALOHA software to simulate and calculate the typical situation of natural gas leakage and analyze the hazard areas of jet combustion, vapor cloud combustion and vapor cloud explosion after gas leakage. According to the analysis results, the fire control system is set up in the laboratory, and the layout optimization of the later laboratory construction is guided quantitatively.
