系统构建高校科研平台开放共享管理体系

Systematic construction of open and sharing management system of scientific research platform in colleges and universities

该文针对高校科研平台存在的共享范围小、共享约束力差、共享成效低等问题,从系统论的角度构建了硬件支撑和软件保障的开放共享管理体系。论文着重对盘活存量适度增量、专管共享、双数据印证、信息化建设、安全巡检、交流培训、奖酬激励等软件保障的7个要素进行了阐释。

In view of the problems existing in the scientific research platform in colleges and universities such as the small scope of sharing, poor binding force of sharing and low efficiency of sharing, an open and sharing management system of hardware support and software support is constructed from the perspective of system theory. This paper focuses on the seven elements of software assurance such as the appropriate increase of inventory, special management and sharing, double data verification, information construction, safety inspection, exchange and training, reward and incentive.
