高校大型仪器设备开放共享服务体系建设与思考

Construction and consideration on open-sharing service system of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities

近年,国家对科研基础设施和大型仪器设备共享越来越重视。该文从地方高校入手,分析了大型仪器设备开放共享的现状及问题,提出了大型仪器设备开放共享服务体系建设的目标、原则和方式,并从仪器设备、管理系统、人员队伍、规章制度等4个方面指出如何保障开放共享服务体系的良性运行。

In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the sharing of scientific research facilities, large-scale instruments and equipment. Starting from the local colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment, puts forward the objectives, principles and methods of the construction of the open and sharing service system for large-scale instruments and equipment and points out how to ensure the sound operation of such system from the four aspects such as instruments and equipment, management system, personnel team, rules and regulations.
