秦东民俗文化具有地域色彩浓郁、品种类型丰富、传承参与亲民性、规约性、草根性、变异性等特点,发展过程中出现了追求短期经济利益、保护保存力度不够、内涵挖掘不够、异化现象和同质性现象普遍、传承后继乏人、建设水平低、产权保护意识模糊等迷惑和困难。应该从建立民俗文化艺术信息库、整合资源、保护和培养民俗文化艺术传人、加大申遗工作力度、加大民俗文化产品内涵挖掘、完善相应政策法规体系等方面采取措施加强对秦东民俗文化的传承与重构。

The folk culture in the east of Shaanxi has the characteristics of rich regional color, rich types, traditional conventionality, collective compliance, grass-roots participation, affinity to the people, metabolic variability and so on. In the course of development, perplexities and difficulties have emerged, such as excessive pursuit of short-term economic interests, inadequate protection and preservation, inadequate excavation of cultural connotations, widespread alienation and homogeneity, lack of successors, low construction level and lack of awareness of property rights protection. So measures should be taken to strengthen the inheritance and reconstruction in the development of the folk culture in the east Shaanxi Province from the aspects of establishing the folk culture and art information bank, integrating the resources, protecting and cultivating the inheritors, strengthening the work of applying for the national heritage, realizing the integration and unification of the traditional folk custom and the realistic demand, increasing the intension of the folk custom culture, perfecting the system of policies and regulations, paying attention to the guidance of the values of the development of the folk custom culture.
