环保型保鲜剂对月季切花保鲜效果综合研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了寻找高效、无毒、易配制的环保型保鲜剂,利用月季切花瓶插试验研究最优保鲜配方。试验通过评价保鲜剂对月季切花的鲜重、花茎大小、保鲜寿命等因素的影响情况,选择试剂浓度、花枝长度、预处理温度为关键因素,进行三因素三水平正交实验,并以多指标综合评分法进行方差分析,确定月季切花瓶插最优保鲜配方。方差分析表明溶液浓度和预处理温度对月季保鲜影响显著,花枝长度对月季保鲜无显著影响。最终确定月季保鲜最优条件为:切花花枝长度为35 cm,各保鲜剂浓度为100 mg/L,预处理温度为5℃。优选的保鲜剂配方不仅对环境无污染,且能保持月季切花花枝挺立,色彩鲜艳,促使月季花茎大小和鲜重降低速度变慢,可将切花瓶插寿命延长19 d。 To find efficient,non-toxic,simple operation of environmental preservation agents,comprehensive preservation methods are used to explore the best preservation formula for the cut rose.The experiment evaluates the influence of fresh weight,stem size,preservation life and other factors of the season cut flower,selects the reagent concentration,flower diameter length,pre-treatment temperature as the key factors,carries on the three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment,and carries on the variance analysis with multi-indicator comprehensive scoring method to determine the optimal preservation formula of cut rose.The variance analysis shows that the solution concentration and pre-treatment temperature has a significant effect on the preservation of cut rose,and the length of flower branches have no significant effect on the preservation of cut rose.So the optimal conditions of cut rose is that the concentration of each preservation agent is 100 mg/L,and the length of cut flower is 35 cm,the pre-treatment temperature is 5 oC.The environmental preservation agents is not only make cutting flower branches more upright and colorful,and ornamental value is high,but also slow down the growth of rose stem size and fresh weight moderately,cut vase insert life reaches 19 d.
