摘要
在大跨空间结构施工中,广泛应用的液压整体提升法施工难度大、时变性高,原有断点测试位形数据的方式,无论在时间维度还是空间维度均无法满足需求。针对以上问题,将无线传输技术、云存储、APP等新技术引入到过程控制中,提出了一种新型钢结构屋盖整体提升过程的远程监控技术,并通过亚洲最大机库的钢结构屋盖施工进行了验证。实践证明:新型钢结构屋盖整体提升过程远程监控技术理论清楚、实施便利,能够进行远程数据监控,并通过APP客户端实现提升过程的报警预警功能;从实测数据分析可知,无论是定性过程分析还是定量参数分析,均与现场实际情况相符,表明了该系统的可靠性和优越性。
In the construction of large-span spatial structure,the widely used hydraulic integral lifting method is very difficult and time-varying.The original method of testing the position data of breakpoint cannot meet the needs in both time and space dimensions.In view of the above problems,wireless transmission technology,cloud storage,applications and other new technologies are introduced into the process control,and a new remote monitoring technology for the integral lifting process of steel structure roof is proposed,which is verified by the construction of steel structure roof of the largest hangar in Asia.It has been proved that the remote monitoring technology of the integral lifting process of the new steel structure roof is clear in theory and convenient in implementation.It can carry out remote data monitoring and realize the alarm and early warning function of the lifting process through the APP client.From the analysis of the measured data,it can be seen that both the qualitative process analysis and the quantitative parameter analysis are consistent with the actual situation on site,indicating the reliability and superiority of the system.
