摘要
以上海市长宁区338街坊保障性住房工程为研究对象,开展在建高层建筑群包围中的大型深基坑施工技术研究。为保证施工安全,提出了利用“时空效应”及“土体平衡”的方法来保护基坑和主楼的技术措施,并取得了理想的效果。总结的施工经验可供类似工程参考。
Taking the 338 neighborhood affordable housing project in Changning District of Shanghai as the research object,the construction technology of large deep foundation pit surrounded by high-rise buildings under construction is studied.In order to ensure the construction safety,this paper puts forward the technical measures to protect the foundation pit and the main building by using the methods of"time and space effect"and"soil balance",and achieves the ideal effect.The construction experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
