地下室内衬墙PVC排水板防水施工技术

Waterproof Construction Technology of PVC Drainage Board for Basement Lining Wall

以杭州某项目超深地下室内衬墙防水施工为例,研究超深地下室内衬墙渗漏水的相应解决措施。经过施工实践及反复试验,采取了内衬墙PVC排水板防水施工技术,实现了地下室外墙的有组织排水。该技术将传统的堵漏转变为疏导,提高了地下室内衬墙的防渗漏性能,降低了后期的维护成本,有效解决了地下连续墙的渗漏水问题,可为其他类似工程提供经验。

Taking the waterproof construction of lining wall in Hangzhou as an example,this paper studies the corresponding solutions to the leakage of lining wall.Through the construction practice and repeated tests,the waterproof construction technology of PVC drainage board of inner wall is adopted to realize the organized drainage of the outer wall of basement.This technology turns the traditional plugging into draining,improves the anti-leakage performance of the lining wall in the basement,reduces the maintenance cost in the later period,and effectively solves the water leakage problem of the diaphragm wall,which can provide experience for other similar projects.
