摘要
以武汉市琴台美术馆项目自由双曲面清水混凝土密肋梁壳体结构为背景,为达到清水混凝土成形观感效果,对比分析了各类支撑及模板方案的优、缺点。通过BIM技术的助力,最终采用贝雷架+扣件式满堂架的支撑体系,以及定制弧形双钢管+变截面木方的背楞方案。经实践,该方案在安全性、经济性上都有良好的效果,并可满足清水混凝土的设计要求。
Based on the free hyperboloid fair-faced concrete shell structure with multi-ribbed beam of Qintai Art Museum in Wuhan,in order to achieve the appearance effect of fair-faced concrete,the advantages and disadvantages of various support and formwork schemes are compared and analyzed.With the help of BIM technology,the support system of Bailey frame+fastener type full hall frame is finally adopted,as well as the customized scheme of arc double steel pipe+variable cross section wood square.Through practice,the scheme has good effect on safety and economy,and can meet the design requirements of fair-faced concrete.
