摘要 上海某公共建筑项目整体为大跨度异形非对称悬挂钢结构。悬挂钢结构利用屋顶桁架层作为内力转换层,通过设置吊杆悬挂外部结构。针对屋顶桁架跨度大、质量大且拼装复杂等难点,通过有限元分析对比不同拼装方案,分析不同拼装方案下屋顶桁架内力和变形,确定了合理的屋顶桁架拼装顺序,为类似悬挂结构施工提供参考。 A public building project in Shanghai is a large-span special-shaped asymmetric suspended steel structure.The roof truss layer is used as the internal force conversion layer of the suspended steel structure,and the external structure is suspended by the suspender.In view of the difficulties such as large span,large mass and complex assembly of roof truss,through the finite element analysis and comparison of different assembly schemes,the internal force and deformation of roof truss under different assembly schemes are analyzed,and the reasonable assembly sequence of roof truss is determined,which provides references for the construction of similar suspended structures.
