摘要 以吴川市滨江路片区综合整治项目为例,针对其预制梁施工场地狭窄、工期紧、工艺要求高等难点,研制并介绍了一种结构简单、操作安全快捷、能配合预制梁定制钢模板在场内吊装转移的辅助装置。经实践,该装置省去了传统工艺中人工穿拆钢绞线的工序,节约了作业时间,能快速、准确地把预制钢模板转移到拟安装或转移的位置,达到了提高预制梁模板安装及拆除效率、降低安全风险的目的,可供类似工程借鉴。 Taking Binjiang Road area comprehensive renovation project of Wuchuan City as an example,aiming at the difficulties such as narrow construction site,tight construction period and high technical requirements of precast beams,an auxiliary device with simple structure,safe and fast operation,which can cooperate with the customized steel formwork of precast beams to be hoisted and transferred in the field is developed and introduced.Through practice,the device can save the process of manual threading and dismantling of steel strand in the traditional process,save the working time,quickly and accurately transfer the prefabricated steel formwork to the position to be installed or transferred,and achieve the purpose of improving the installation and dismantling efficiency of the precast beam formwork and reducing the safety risk,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
