Application of BIM Technology in SSGF New Technology and New System

阐述了BIM技术在SSGF新工艺新体系的施工工法及科学管理体系中的具体落地应用,一方面探索BIM技术提升SSGF新工艺新体系的应用效果及价值,另一方面探索BIM技术在产业化住宅施工过程中的落地应用。结合广州番禺大石碧桂园总承包项目应用实例,对应用过程进行了梳理、总结及展望,期望为日后的类似工程应用提供借鉴。

This paper expounds the application of BIM technology in the construction method and scientific management system of SSGF new technology and new system.On the one hand,it explores the application effect and value of BIM technology in improving SSGF new technology and new system,on the other hand,it explores the application of BIM technology in the process of industrialized housing construction.Combined with the application example of the general contracting project of Dashi Country Garden in Panyu,Guangzhou,this paper summarizes the application process and looks forward to providing reference for similar projects in the future.
