摘要 通用有限元软件因其理论性较强且价格不菲,在实际工程应用中存在一定的障碍。ANSYS具有强大的结构力学分析功能,并提供了良好的二次开发环境。针对ANSYS软件的专业化定制、工程化应用、跨系统平台、多版本兼容等方面需求,首先对非嵌入式的Tcl/Tk、APDL混合编程方法展开研究;结合多跨梁这一典型结构形式,对其进行参数化有限元分析,采用上述混合编程方法进行Multi-Span Beam Cal v1.0的设计开发;以此验证混合编程方法的可行性、适用性及一般性,为后续有关ANSYS复杂功能定制的开发奠定基础并积累经验。 Due to the demanded theory and high cost,the general finite element software has several obstacles in practical engineering application.ANSYS has powerful analysis function in structural mechanics,and provides a good secondary development environment.According to the requirements of specialized customization,engineering application,cross system platform,multi version compatibility and other aspects of ANSYS software,the non embedded hybrid programming method of Tcl/Tk and APDL was studied firstly.Combined with the typical structural form of multi-span beam,the parametric finite element analysis was carried out,and the code of Multi-Span Beam Cal v1.0 was developed by the above hybrid programming method.From this,the feasibility,applicability and generality of hybrid programming method can be verified,which can lay a foundation and accumulate experience for the subsequent development of complex function customization of ANSYS.
