摘要
结合工业化流水线制造技术、智能化信息检测技术和双向预应力轨道板先张工艺,开发出了适用于模具在轨道上流动生产所需要的智能张拉系统,形成了CRTSⅢ型先张轨道板流水法自适应智能张拉成套技术。实践表明,该技术不但提高了轨道板的生产效率和工业化制造水平,还具有产品质量好、张拉力值控制精度高等优点,十分适用于CRTSⅢ型先张轨道板机组的流水法生产。其形成的成套机组流水法生产技术可广泛应用于铁道工程,为我国高铁走出国门提供了技术支持。
Combined with industrial assembly line manufacturing technology,intelligent information detection technology and bi-directional prestressed track plate pre-tensioning technology,an intelligent tensioning system suitable for mold flow production on the track is developed,forming a complete set of adaptive assembly line type intelligent tensioning technology for CRTS Ⅲ pre-tensioned track plate production.The practice shows that the technology not only improves the production efficiency and industrial manufacturing level of track plate,but also has the advantages of good product quality and high precision of tension value control,which is very suitable for the assembly line type production of CRTS Ⅲ pre-tensioned track plate unit.The complete set of assembly line type production technology can be widely used in railway engineering,which provides technical support for China's high-speed railway to go abroad.
