摘要
为解决现有盘扣体系上部自由端的自由调节长度限制问题,自主设计了一种螺丝盘扣。该盘扣可设置在上部自由端丝杆上并自由调节位置,其上可搭设横向及斜向水平撑形成“螺丝盘+水平支撑”体系。当架体上部丝杆过长时,可通过搭设该“螺丝盘+水平支撑”体系,使得上部自由端长度不超过现行规范要求。为验证加设该体系后架体受力性能,设置了2组自由端较长的架体进行试验研究,分别为在自由端丝杆上加设螺丝盘和横向水平支撑的架体,以及在自由端丝杆上加设螺丝盘和横向及斜向水平支撑的架体,并将试验结论与规范计算对比。研究结果表明:当架体上部自由端较长时,在丝杆中间设置螺丝盘扣并加设横向水平支撑后,其承载力能够达到规范计算的设计值;再加设斜向水平支撑后,其承载力可以进一步提高;采用“螺丝盘+水平支撑”的形式可完全满足规范要求,且更加便于实际工程的应用。
In order to solve the problem of free adjustment length limitation of the upper free end of the existing disc buckle system,a screw disc buckle was designed.The disc buckle can be set on the upper free end screw rod and the position can be adjusted freely.When the upper screw rod of the frame is too long,the"screw disc+horizontal support"system can be set up so that the length of the upper free end does not exceed the requirements of the current specifications.In order to verify the mechanical performance of the frame after the system is added,two groups of long free end frames were set up for experimental study,which were respectively the frame with screw disc and horizontal support on the free end screw rod,and the frame with screw disc and horizontal and oblique horizontal support on the free end screw rod.The test results were compared with the standard calculation.The results show that when the free end of the upper part of the frame is long,the bearing capacity of the screw rod can reach the design value calculated by the code after the screw buckle is set in the middle of the screw rod and the transverse horizontal support is added.After the oblique horizontal support is added,the bearing capacity can be further improved.The form of"screw disc+horizontal support"can fully meet the requirements of the code,and will be more convenient for the actual engineering application.
