In view of the whole process of BIM consulting services that have been gradually rising in recent years,this paper introduces the background of its rise,puts forward a clear definition of BIM consulting services in the whole process of the project,and specifically introduces the characteristics,work content and work focus of the owner's demand.This paper summarizes several key issues in the whole process of BIM consultation,and puts forward suggestions to improve this service,which can be used to make BIM technology really produce value in project management.
