新冠肺炎定点收治医院重庆医科大学附属永川医院医护人员心理状态调查

A survey on psychological status of healthcare providers in Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,one of the designated hospitals for novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的调查2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)(COVID-19)疫情期间新冠肺炎定点收治医院重庆医科大学附属永川医院医护人员的心理健康状况,分析其特点,为医院管理医护人员心理健康提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对重庆医科大学附属永川医院68名医护人员进行抽样测评。使用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行分析,将医护人员测评的各因子得分与常模进行比较。结果新冠肺炎疫情期间医护人员SCL-90得分均显著高于常模(P<0.05),且得分随着岗位风险程度增高而增大。结论在新冠肺炎疫情期间应尽早关注一线医护人员的心理健康状况并适时干预。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of healthcare providers in Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,one of the designated hospitals for novel coronavirus pneumonia during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods The Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate 68 staff in the hospital.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to process the data.The scores of each factor got from the target population were compared with the norm.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,the SCL-90 scores of the staff were significantly higher than the norm(P<0.05).The scores increased with enhancement of the risk of infection at different departments.Conclusions The psychological status of healthcare providers in the hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic should be followed by necessary intervention as soon as possible.
