陆军某部夏季野外驻训前后皮肤病发病情况调查

Survey on Incidence of Skin Diseases in An Army Unit before and after Summer Field Training

目的了解陆军某部皮肤病发病情况及夏季野外驻训前后皮肤病发病情况变化,为制定科学防治策略提供依据。方法采用流行病学调查方法对陆军某部5138名官兵夏季野外驻训前后皮肤病发病情况进行调查,讨论可能致病因素。结果野外驻训前四个月时间部队主要以真菌性皮肤病为主,发病率为50.8%,细菌性皮肤病和病毒性皮肤病发病率依次为16.0%、10.7%;野外驻训4个月时间以日照、高温出汗、摩擦等造成的物理性皮肤病显著增多为主要特点,新增病例多见于新兵。驻地位于热带地区,训练强度大、个人卫生习惯不良、驻训条件差等可能是皮肤病高发的主要因素。结论皮肤病已跃升为驻热带部队官兵的主要疾病,其中多数为真菌性皮肤病,夏季强化训练后物理性皮肤病显著增多,应针对发病因素提出防治措施。

ObjectiveTo explore the incidence of skin disease in an army unit before and after summer field training.Methods5138 soldiers were enrolled in the epidemiological survey on the incidence of skin diseases before and after summer field training,and possible pathogenic factors were analyzed.ResultsIn the first 4 months of training,fungal dermatosis was the main skin disease with an incidence of 50.8%,followed by bacterial dermatosis(16.0%)and viral dermatosis(10.7%);frequent exposure to physical factors such as sunshine,sweating in high temperature and physical friction significantly increased the occurrence of skin diseases;raw recruits were more susceptible to skin diseases;tropical environment,intensive training,poor personal hygiene and imperfect training condition were the possible main reasons for high occurrence of skin disease.ConclusionsSkin diseases,most fungal dermatosis,are the main diseases in soldiers stationed in tropical region;enhanced summer field training leads to the increased incidence of skin diseases and certain measures should be taken in prevention and treatment.
