榆林市国家森林城市建设初步成效与优化对策

Preliminary Achievements and Optimized Countermeasures of National Forest City Construction in Yulin

本文总结了榆林市国家森林城市建设近三年来在治沙造林、人居环境、乡村绿化、绿色产业、生态文化5个方面取得的初步成效,结合新时代推进生态文明建设等新要求,提出了榆林市未来森林城市建设的6项对策建议。明确了在建设方向上要持续推进、多级创建、开展城市群建设,在建设措施上要促进绿色产业发展、加强湿地保护修复,在建设管理上,要提升科学化水平。

This paper summarizes the preliminary achievements made in the construction of Yulin National Forest City in the past three years in five aspects:Sand Control and afforestation,human settlement environment,rural greening,green industry and ecological culture.According to the new requirements of advancing ecological civilization construction in the new era,this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions of forest cities in Yulin for the future construction.It makes clear on the direction of construction will continue to push forward,multi-level to create,development of urban agglomerations,the construction measures to promote the development of green industry,strengthen the protection and restoration of wetlands,and on the construction and management to enhance the scientific level.
