摘要
卤化铅钙钛矿材料凭借其独特的光电性质,在太阳能电池、光催化、光电二极管、光电探测器等方面得到了广泛的应用。对卤化铅钙钛矿材料在光催化领域的研究进展进行综述。首先介绍了卤化铅钙钛矿的结构、性质及材料的制备方法;其次梳理了近几年卤化铅钙钛矿材料作为催化剂在光催化降解有机物、CO2还原及光催化制氢方面的应用进展;最后对卤化铅钙钛矿材料在光催化领域的发展前景进行了展望。
Lead halide perovskite materials with unique photoelectric properties have already attracted much attention in various applications,such as photovoltaics,photocatalysis,light-emitting diode,photodetector,etc.In this review,the state-of-the-art development of lead halide perovskite nanostructures and their corresponding applications in photocatalysis are presented.First,the structure,properties and fabrication methods of lead halide perovskite are introduced at length.Then,emphasis is placed on the recent progress of lead halide perovskites for applications in the fields of organic degradations,CO2 reduction and hydrogen evolution.Finally,the future perspectives for the application of lead halide perovskite in photocatalysis are provided.
