发作性睡病是一种慢性中枢神经系统功能障碍性疾病,中医将其归属"多寐""嗜睡""多眠""多卧""嗜卧"等范畴,认为其发病主要与脾、心、肝、肾、脑髓等脏腑密切相关。金教授认为发作性睡病的形成和发展与脾有着密切的关系,脾具有主运化的水谷精微,以维持机体后天生命活动的主要生理机能,故称脾为"后天之本",并且"四季脾旺不受邪",临床治疗发作性睡病以健脾升清、化湿降浊为治则,能取得满意疗效,文章通过阐述金教授从脾论治发作性睡病的理论基础与治则,并结合案例分析总结,认为脾虚清阳不升、浊阴上犯,可引起多寐、嗜睡等症,临证通过健脾升清、化湿降浊的思路诊治该病能有效改善患者症状,从脾论治发作性睡病具有重要的临床意义。

Narcolepsy is a kind of chronic central nervous system dysfunction diseases,which is classified as " somnolence" " drowsiness" " hypersomnia" " multiple lying" and " lying in bed" in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor JIN thought the formation and development of this disease has close relationship with the spleen,heart,liver,kidney and brain.The spleen controls the transportation of water in order to maintain the body acquired life activities of the main physiological function,therefore we call the spleen as the source of acquired constitution.And if the spleen works normally,the body could not be attacked by evils in the four seasons.The treatment is to strengthen spleen to make the clear Qi ascend and resolve dampness and make the turbid Qi descend.The method can obtain satisfactory curative effect.The paper expounded professor JIN’s theoretical foundation and therapeutic principle,combining with case analysis summary.It is thought that clear Yang failing to ascend and turbid Yin failing to descend due to spleen deficiency can cause insomnia,drowsiness and other symptoms.The clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease is strengthening spleen,making the clear Qi ascending,removing dampness and reducing turbidity,which can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients,suggesting that it is of great clinical significance to treat narcolepsy from spleen.
