丹红素注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中血液流变学及神经功能的影响

Effect of Danhongsu Injection on Hemorheology and Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨丹红素注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月急性缺血性脑卒中患者134例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各67例。观察组使用丹红素注射液治疗,对照组使用银杏达莫注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标[红细胞压积、血浆黏度、血小板黏附率及红细胞变形指数]及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、巴氏指数(BI指数)评分变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者红细胞压积、血浆黏度、血小板黏附率及红细胞变形指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BI指数比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用丹红素注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者进行治疗,有利于改善血液流变学指标,促进其神经功能的恢复,提高预后效果,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Danhongsu Injection on hemorheology and nerve function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 134 patients with acute ischemic stroke from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 67) and control group (n = 67).The patients in the observation group were treated with Danhongsu Injection,while those in the control group were treated with Yinxing Damo Injection.The hemorheological indexes (hematocrit,plasma viscosity,platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte deformation index),the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHS) and BI index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the hematocrit,plasma viscosity,platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte deformation index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the BI index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute ischemic stroke with Danhongsu Injection is beneficial to improve the hemorheological indexes and promote the nerve of patients with acute ischemic stroke.It can improve the prognosis effect and the curative effect is remarkable.
