凉血逐瘀汤联合强的松治疗小儿腹型过敏性紫癜疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Liangxue Zhuyu Decoction combined with Prednisone in Treatment of Abdominal Anaphylactoid Purpura in Children

目的探讨凉血逐瘀汤联合强的松在小儿腹型过敏性紫癜临床治疗中的应用效果。方法分析2017年3月-2018年9月收治的104例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患儿分为两组,各52例。对照组强的松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以凉血逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组患儿免疫功能变化情况、临床症状消失时间及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后两组CD8^+、IgA、IgM均降低,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IgG均升高,且与对照组相比,观察组变化幅度较大(P<0.05);观察组皮肤紫癜、便血、腹痛等症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将凉血逐瘀汤联合强的松用于腹型过敏性紫癜患儿临床治疗中,可有效帮助其改善免疫功能,并促进其各相关症状好转,临床疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Liangxue Zhuyu decoction combined with prednisone in the treatment of abdominal anaphylactoid purpura in children.Methods Retrospective analysis of 104 cases of abdominal anaphylactoid purpura in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 was carried out.According to the different treatment methods,all the children were divided into two groups,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone,and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,CD8^+,Ig A and Ig M decreased and CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ and Ig G increased in the two groups.Compared with the control group,the changes in the observation group were significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of skin purpura,hematochezia and abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Liangxue Zhuyu decoction and prednisone in the clinical treatment of abdominal anaphylactoid purpura can effectively improve the immune function and promote the improvement of its related symptoms,with definite clinical effect.
