稳心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动的效果及护理服务分析

Effect of Wenxin Granule Treating Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation and Analysis of Nursing Services

目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动的效果以及护理服务。方法选择2017年1月-2019年10月慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动患者100例。随机分为两组,对照组实施常规治疗联合护理,观察组则实施稳心颗粒治疗联合护理。比较慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动疗效;心功能改善2个级别的时间、心房颤动消失时间、左心室射血分数达到50%以上的时间;LVEDD、LVESD、左心室射血分数、NYHA心功能分级、心室率、6min步行距离、不良反应发生率。结果观察组慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能改善2个级别的时间、心房颤动消失时间、左心室射血分数达到50%以上的时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组LVEDD、LVESD、左心室射血分数、NYHA心功能分级、心室率、6min步行距离比较(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,左心室射血分数高于对照组,NYHA心功能分级、心室率低于对照组,6min步行距离高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗联合护理对于慢性心力衰竭合并心房颤动效果确切,可获得理想效果,可有效改善心功能和机体耐力,减少治疗过程不良反应的发生,缩短治疗的时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin granules in the treatment of chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation and nursing services.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure and atrial fibrillation from January 2017 to October 1919 were enrolled in our hospital.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granules.The effects of two groups were compared.The two levels of patients’ cardiac function improvement,the time of atrial fibrillation disappearance,and the time of left ventricular ejection fraction reaching 50%,the LVEDD,LVESD,and left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment,NYHA cardiac function classification,ventricular rate,six-minute walking distance,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The efficacy of chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of improvement of cardiac function,the time of disappearance of atrial fibrillation,and the time of left ventricular ejection fraction reaching 50% or more were shorter than those of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups’ LVEDD,LVESD,left ventricular ejection fraction,NYHA cardiac function grading,ventricular rate and six-minute walking distance had no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s LVEDD and LVESD were lower than that of the conventional treatment group.The left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the conventional treatment group.NYHA cardiac function grading and ventricular rate were lower than the conventional treatment group,and the six-minute walking distance was higher than that of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granules combined with nursing for chronic heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation is effective and can achieve ideal results,which can effectively improve the heart function and the endurance of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,and shorten the treatment time.
