摘要 为研究1100kV柱式断路器在地震波作用下的抗震性能,依据特高压电气设备抗震试验方法进行了地震模拟振动台试验并利用有限元软件对结构进行数值分析。通过白噪声扫频及标准时程波地震试验,测定了设备的自振频率以及关键部位的应变、加速度响应。试验结果表明:在0.4 g地震波作用下的复合支柱套管的最大应力38.58 MPa,低于复合材料的额定机械负荷应力;复合套管的最大应变发生在支柱套管根部,该部位为断路器设备的易损部位;强地震波作用会改变结构的动力特性,结构地震响应呈现明显的非线性特性。依据试验数据得到结构的阻尼变化数值,并赋予数值模型,仿真与试验结果最大误差为10.30%,仿真计算时应考虑结构阻尼随输入地震波强度变化的非线性特性。 In order to investigate the seismic performance of 1100 kV column circuit breaker under the action of seismic wave,according to the seismic test method of UHV electrical equipment,the shaking table test of earthquake simulation is carried out,and the numerical analysis of the structure is carried out by using the finite element software.The equipment frequency,and some key parts’strain and acceleration are measured through white noise sweep and artificial standard time history wave seismic test.The test results show that the maximum stress of the composite pillar casing is 38.58 MPa under the action of 0.4 g seismic wave,which is lower than the rated mechanical load stress of the composite material.Maximum strain occurs at the pillar casing roots;it is vulnerable parts of the circuit breaker equipment.The strong seismic wave could change the dynamic performance of the structure;the structure presents obvious nonlinear characteristics.According to the experimental data,the damping value of the structure is obtained and gives it to the numerical model.The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,and the maximum error is 10.30%.The nonlinear characteristics of structural damping with the change of the input seismic wave intensity should be taken into account in the simulation calculation.
